Karina Vineyard 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is rated 91 points by wine expert James Halliday. A dry wine with intense passionfruit and gooseberry aromas with balanced acidity from one of the few carbon footprint positive wineries in Australia. Comes in a box of 12 x 750ml bottles.

The Karina Vineyard in Mornington, Victoria utilises only organic farming methods, such as undervine mowing rather than spraying and using compost instead of chemical fertilisers. Rated 4 stars by James Halliday, the vineyard has a large number of trees on the property and mulches rather than burning prunings, thus soaking up more CO2 than it emits.
