Postage, Handling & Insurance (PH&I)

All products sold through TopWines.com.au have a charge that covers the transport and insurance of delivering the wines to you successfully and without damage. You will need to allow up to 10 business days for delivery after placing your order. If delays occur, you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

PH&I Discounts

TopWines.com.au offers PH&I discounts on bulk orders. You will only be charged for the 3 most expensive PH&I charges in any one order. Whether it is multiple items of the same product, different items, or a combination of both, you will only ever be charged for 3 items in the order, and they will be calculated from the 3 most expensive.
