Tamar Valley

The Tamar Valley is situated in the north and is the oldest wine region in Tasmania. With more than 20 cellar doors it stretches from Launceston, to Beaconsfield, east to Pipers River and south to Relbia.

Consisting of an extensive array of award winning cool climate wines consisting of a considerable range from Sparkling wines through to Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to their renowned Pinot Noir. Enjoy the diversity of the Tamar Valley wineries from the family run producers to state of the art wineries and cellar doors. Each vineyard and cellar door has its own special charm and character.
