Located outside historic Hahndorf village in the lush Adelaide Hills of South Australia the vineyard prides itself in maintaining a fresh vibrancy to the wines is due to their environmentally friendly way and of keeping their yields low to ensure pure, concentrated flavours. Their vines are rooted in a loamy mix of slate and ironstone benefiting from meticulous canopy management and yield control regimen.

All the grapes are hand picked, plus irrigated as little as possible, to ensure that those carefully nurtured flavours remain locked into the berry before processing and producing the award winning Hahndorf Hill wines rated 5 stars in the 2009 James Halliday Wine Companion.
